I specialise in company sales/acquisitions and succession planning and all aspects of owner managed business taxation.
I am a tax lecturer and author , having won Tax Writer of The Year three times at The Taxation Awards.
I am also currently Deputy President of the Chartered Institute of Taxation and immediate past chairman of the ICAEW Tax’s Technical Committee.
In my spare time I tend to be lost in music listening to a wide and eclectic range of music on vinyl, CD, i-tunes or at a concert.
My other love is West Ham United where I am a member of the BM6 Club.
I also enjoy walking, swimming, cycling and reading
